Warranty policy
In order to ensure the successful and long-term use of the product, we always ask you to carefully read and follow the general instructions for use and the manufacturer’s instructions provided. A detailed manufacturer’s user manual will be included with each purchased item.
The warranty period for all personal use items in the Republic of Lithuania is 24 months, according to the applicable legislation.
The warranty period (not) applies to legal entities according to the warranty periods set by the manufacturers.
The warranty does not apply if the product failure is not due to the seller’s fault or if the manufacturer’s authorized warranty representative determines that the product failure is not related to production defects:
• For products whose failures occurred due to the buyer’s fault;
• For products that were not used for their intended purpose;
• For products that were repaired at an unauthorized manufacturer’s service center;
• When the failure occurs due to environmental factors (storms, rain, etc.), Force majeure or accidental external factors (voltage surge, etc.);
• If the failure occurs due to fluids, objects, etc. entering the device’s interior;
• If the buyer does not provide a purchase document (invoice, receipt, lease agreement);
• For failures resulting from the use of non-original accessories.
The warranty period for certain components such as cables, batteries, connectors, and holders may be shorter than 24 months due to wear and tear.
The actual duration of the warranty for these components is determined by the manufacturer of the product.
Return of defective or incomplete goods
We prioritize selling high-quality items and only stock products from well-established and reputable manufacturers. However, there may be rare instances where a product is found to be defective right out of the factory. If you come across such an issue, we make it a priority to resolve it promptly and efficiently, so you experience as little inconvenience as possible.
To make a complaint about a defective or incomplete product, the buyer can do it by emailing [email protected].
When making a complaint, the buyer must provide the following information:
• The order number of the product;
• Describe the defect or missing part of the product;
• Provide any other evidence (e.g. a photo of the product, a photo of the damaged area if it is mechanical damage and can be photographed, a photo of the product packaging, etc.)
When making a complaint, the buyer must indicate how they want the issue to be resolved:
• Request a replacement of the defective product with a quality product;
• Request missing parts to be added to the incomplete product;
• Request a discount for the product, i.e. a reduction in the price of the product;
• Request a refund of the paid amount.
After reviewing the complaint, a response will be provided within 14 (fourteen) days. In the case of a refund, the seller will refund the buyer for the product and its delivery costs. If only a part of the products purchased on the same order is being returned, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
Other warranty terms for products apply according to the provisions of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania if they are not described in these rules.
Return of non-defective goods
This text outlines the rules for returning non-defective goods to the e-shop www.cheapler.com. The buyer (Purchaser) has the right to refuse a product without stating a reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, provided that the item has not been used, damaged, or its appearance has not fundamentally changed, meaning that only changes necessary to inspect the received item’s appearance or packaging were made. The buyer must exercise this right responsibly and return the product in its original and undamaged packaging, as well as return all components of the product. The cost of returning the product must be borne by the Purchaser.
Upon receiving the returned product and evaluating its quality, the Seller will return the money for the product and its delivery costs to the Purchaser within 14 days of the product’s return. If only a part of the products is returned, delivery costs will only be refunded if the remaining products of the same order would be subject to a lower tariff if only they were purchased, compared to the tariff applied to products purchased together with the returned products and only to the extent equal to the difference in the mentioned tariffs. If a different return method than the one proposed by the Seller was chosen, which resulted in disproportionate or higher costs, the Seller is not obliged to cover such return costs.
The product must be returned in its original packaging (with instructions and warranty certificate if they were delivered with the product). The Purchaser is responsible for the completeness of the returned product. If the product is not complete, the seller will not accept the returned product.
The Purchaser’s right to return quality goods purchased in an online store does not apply to:
• Contracts for goods made according to the consumer’s individual specifications, which are not made in advance, and which are manufactured taking into account the consumer’s personal choice or instruction, as well as for goods that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;
• Contracts for perishable or short-dated goods;
• Contracts for packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons;
• Contracts for goods that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
• Contracts for packaged video or audio recordings or packaged software products that have been unpacked after delivery.
